Thread Inserts (TP – TS – TSF)

Main features

Thread Insert is a Fastener used to make reliable and resistant threads on thin materials (sheet metal).

Head types: TP (Flat Head) - TS (Countersunk Head) - TSF (Flush Countersunk Head).
Different materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium).
The installation takes place with manual or pneumatic tools, which act dynamically in an identical way to riveters.
Threaded inserts are able to perform a dual function: threaded nut and threaded assembly insert.
It allows the components to be assembled without damaging the material in which it is installed in any way and also offers different variants to choose from, depending on the material itself:
